Thank you, I appreciate the explanation. My confusion came about with just using the letters rather than the terms. I do, believe it or not understand the terms, best of show and best of opposite sex, haha. I have just never seen them abbreviated with just the letters.
Yes, points both days, but not majors. Pam wouldn't have gone if there weren't points available. Pam said that today when the judge looked at his face on the table, he said, "Wow boy, you won the genetic lottery!"
Sometimes what the judge says is as meaningful (or more!) than any placement. At the last show with Panda, when we were having our win picture taken with the judge, the judge prompted me to get her tail up for the photo. I laughed and said, "Can you tell we're new to this?" Her response was, "If you have a nice dog, it shouldn't matter if you're new to showing."
