Tell us how Stanley is doing. How is his potty training? How is his appetite? What are you feeding him? Is he sleeping all night? Is he following your commands? Tell us more!
Hi Ricky and Ricky's Popi!
Stanley is always happy to hear from his brother! He thinks his brother is QUITE handsome!
Stanley is a very good, sweet, funny boy (unless you're trying to comb his paws...then he tries to sound very mean and attack the comb
His potty training is coming along...probably at a slighter slower than "typical" rate for a small dog. It's improving so that is good! He has a problem going potty on the bed whenever he's on it. Our yorkie has steps onto it, so that makes it a little too readily accessible for my taste!
He eats very well; Fromm's Gold Puppy.
He sleeps like a charm! And has since about day 3 at our house. From 10:00 pm until 7:30 am, in his crate with his stuffed dog and blanket. (And holds it all night long, unlike the daytime!)
He has learned Sit, Down, Come, Touch, Park It, Wait, Leave It, Stand (stands up on hind legs), Up (which means stay where you are while I pick you up), Raise (stand from sit or down), High 10, and walks politely on a leash most of the time. Now, NONE of those are totally reliable, but he does know what they are when we work on them and is improving daily. He seems quite smart...but I'm sure Ricky already knew that!
He has started snuggling a bit more by laying down right next to me when I'm in the chair...and I love that.
Thanks for asking all about him!
What fun tricks does Ricky know that Stanley might want to copy his big brother with??
