I've found that when Willie has a cling on the best approach is to take a small comb, I keep one of those cheap little plastic ones handy for this, & get on the back side of the dingleberry & with one swipe, using the finer spaced teeth comb/flick it off. 99.9% of the time it removes all signs. But if it made your Mom feel better after she did that she could always take a wet wipe & wipe down just those couple of strands of hair using the same approach, starting behind where the cling on was & wiping straight down to the ends of the hair.
