Ever find your dog's fur twin?

Imagine our surprise when we were surfing for a new dog bed for Kipling and we happened upon this dog in this ad. When we questioned Kipling about it he totally denied that he is holding down a modelling job on the side but those of you who know him may wonder....I wouldn't put it past him. Of course in the modelling shot there is some shameless airbrushing going on to lighten his coat but boy that face could pass as Kipling any day of the week!

Love it - thanks for all the comments...especially from those who know about Kipling's dirtly little sock secret....

A few years ago we did the twin thing on the Forum and that was fun. I was just so surprised to see a dog in a commercial ad that looked just like him. Finally....oour Havanese are being featured more often!

I didn't see this until now. Cute! The other dog does look a LITTLE like Kipling, but Kipling is MUCH more handsome! You tell him Kodi and I said so!:biggrin1:

We agree with Kodi...
Such expressive eyes. It is not always just the coloring but the look in their beautiful eyes.
I have seen a few on this forum that look like my girls, but darn if I can remember who they were. It would be fun if we could match up pictures some how. I wonder if they would have the same lineage in some cases.

Kipling is saving his money to buy you a nice gift! . Or maybe he is saying I want that same bed! He does have a twin! That is a fun find! Sometimes I see dogs on the forum that really remind me of mine I wish I could remember their names.

Hmm...how about making your own (or modifying a store bought one)?

I thought of doing it. Buy a bed shape I like, rip the stuffing out and replace it with memory foam.

Also had a thought of embedding an electric warmer in it or a big flat hot water bottle.
