Took a picture of Huey with my real horse hair shoe brush that I bought when I was a teen............lets say 40 years or so ago. It is stamped "National Brush" 65 cents. Don't know if its worth more than a shoe brush but it means the world to little Huey. We have to keep it away from him for fear of the wood on it. But as you can see he found it again. My friend helped me with getting rid of the red eye and just had to share it. Before and After. Too funny.
That is so funny! I just checked and I think we have that same shoe brush? DH probably had it when we got married since the Navy is fussy about shined shoes! It says National, too, and No. 31 USA. 483017270 (not sure what that is) and it says 100 percent sterilized horsehair! Gee, do you think they're worth something?? McGee would have it destroyed in no time!
Exact same numbers and description on my brush as well. Mine also shows the price as 65 cents. If it had any value.....it has less now with the teeth marks. Oh well there's probably alot of them tucked away in closets somewhere. Anyway, I wanted to share the cute photo.
That's a cute pic, and an ingenious solution to red eye. How did your friend get the glasses on him? I've got quite a few photos that could use a similar sort of doctoring. Maybe I could do it with one of my photo editing programs, if I knew how!

Cool, thanks. I doubt that I have that much talent, but it would be fun to try.
