Our afternoon out!
We went for a chilly winter walk this afternoon!
The kids and husband went further than we did, because when I picked Tillie up for these pics I realized she was trembling?  Not sure if it was fear or pain or just plain COLD, but we headed back to the car early...
I busted out the treats on the way back and wished I would have had the camera ready because she was looking up at me smiling... 
So, here are a few pics of our quick, COLD walk!

Awww..I'm so glad she is smiling again at you! So, how cold was it out there??? At least the sun is shining!

That's awesome Tammy! So do you feel she was really acting like the old Tillie? I'm hoping she was just cold. Did you ever get that coat from Karen?
Happy to hear she seems to be a lot happier!!!

yes, I DO have the coat, but since the sun was shining I didn't THINK it was that cold out there... it was maybe 40 degrees plus a very cold wind... not sure why she was shivering, she COULD very well just have been COLD, I know I was!! We'll try it again in a couple of days and I'll put her jacket on!

Glad to hear that is sounds like you are getting your girl back! Could it be a bit of fear since she is just recently feeling better and you are getting her out and about again?

possibly... ya, I used to take her everywhere I could. But she has rarely left the house in over 2 months... starting to get her out and about again...

Kodi is bothered more by wind than absolute cold. His undercoat is not particularly thick, and the wind will part his hair right down to the skin. He's definitely happier with a coat on if it's cold and windy!

ya, I often times wonder if Tillie HAS an undercoat... we'll for sure use her jacket next time we go out!!
