Lorainne, that seat says it only goes up to 8 lbs... maybe a console seat for her is a pipe dream at this point. If I could find one that was easy enough to move that would be okay. BUT when all 4 of us are riding, I don't know where I would be able to put her.

I have the Outlook also, (think I got it from Overstock), but I have had to "rig" a system to keep Henry in there. Otherwise he tries to pull his way from the backseat into the drivers lap (mine)

Heather, I can't open that link? you can post it on my fb page, maybe that would work??
I just remeasured and am wondering how flexible the seats are... I THINK we could squeeze the 12 inch wide one by putting the arm rests up.. the other one would be way to tiny for Tillie

I think the Outlook is pretty easy to move from front seat to back seat (and I've had 5 back fusions). It is secured in place by the regular seat belt. If your back seat is a bench seat, the Outlook will fit in the middle of that seat -- leaving room for a person on both sides. I like the Outlook because it is very versatile. I got an extra tether and clipped it onto the primary tether -- so that I can give Beau extra distance (how would he "wing walk" out the window if I didn't?). When he gets nervous (like when I won't put his window down all the way in 12 degree whether like tonight), he tries to get over into my lap, but he still can't reach. Oh yes, I also put a real small crate pad over the cushion in the car seat -- it makes me feel warmer!

PS: Beau can still sit on the console, however!

Suzi, the sisters look so cute peeking out of the crate together. Are they both really small or is it a big crate? Love the pic.

Try this link: Amazon.com: Solvit Standard Tagalong Pet Booster... . Looks like it's cheaper at Amazon anyway, darn it!!
I got the large, and I'm glad I did - Cey is snug but has just enough room to curl up and still be comfortable (Cey weighs ~11-11.5 lbs). Here's a picture of Cey in it taken just this morning Not the best picture of the seat itself, sorry - I will try again tomorrow. Anyway, he seems to like it - I think that he really likes being able to see out in all directions without having to strain. He just sits in there looking around from side to side as I drive!

awesome! I saw this one, but Tillie could care less about seeing out the window and I just want her to feel secure. I am wondering if she would feel secure in this seat being that it's so high... can it be lowered to sit ON the seat??
