How do your dogs welcome you home?

I decided to set up the webcam to see what my dogs were doing while I was out. I got a few hours of sleeping dogs, but I also captured the daily welcome I get when i get home. Both dogs have a different way of welcoming me home. My labradoodle Ruby likes to curl up on my lap, roll on her back and gaze up at me. My Havanese Gemma likes to jump up madly and try to lick my face (stomping on my ruby's head in the process, which Ruby doesn't like). After about a minute of this they both realize they'd like to go outside and run for the door. I love the welcome my dogs give me when i get home!

Nice Video!

I can't wait to use my video web cam. I usually greet my boys at the door, open door, they come outside (I know they need to potty). They are jumping, jumping, jumping at me trying to lick me I guess, they never get that far because I am standing up. I have my hands down at them greeting them with lots of rubs and pats. They soft nip my fingers (smelling, licking, whatever they are trying to do).

First greeting just right outside the door, less than 5 seconds, because I want to get them to the yard (down 3 steps), greeting again, less than 5 seconds because I say enough because I do not want Dexter doing his reverse sneezing (like he has asthma or something) They run around close by hoping to get more attention. I say go potty.

Jack always comes back after he is away for about a minute to say hello again, then he is off again. Both boys are really excited when I come home. I could be gone less than 10 minutes and they do the same thing.

that's darling. Yeah it makes your day. Molly gets major action in the tail and rear end and then runs to the kitchen where our dinners are waiting.
