You don't need to go to the vet. She will be fine. My vet said if you want to spay her to wait three months after her heat so her harmonies go back to normal. Its better for her that way. I haven't had any problems with the blood my bed spread did get a little so I just put a sheet on it. Both the sisters clean themselves up to where I didn't have to use anything. I have noticed more accidents during their time of heat. I don't know but I think their bladder control isn't as good?
