Don't worry about her being afraid of inanimate objects, Timmy not only notices everything he's also afraid of lots too. I just don't make a big deal of trying to coddle him in those situations and tell him in a normal voice what the object is and let him take the lead. Lately he has been afraid of everyone's holiday decorations. He's especially afraid of a big plastic Santa one of my neighbors had by her mailbox, deer are next on the list especially those that move.

Welcome to the forum, you'll learn lots here. I have Timmy in what is called a puppy cut, it's a couple inches long and I don't have his face trimmed much at all, I want him to have the scruffy look.
