Weight Loss

I think Gryff has lost weight since we got Jinx. He hasn't been to the vet, but his collar is really loose. Before we got Jinx, he laid around the house all day. Now, he's playing for a good portion of the day with Jinkie. Gryff has been so happy to have a constant playmate/companion. I don't know if the weight loss is a good thing or not since he was fine weight to begin with, but he seems fine. Is this common when introducing a new playmate?

Can't say about the playmate part of it, but I know for sure, a lean, fit dog is a healthier, longer lived dog! As long as he's not truly SKINNY, it's good for him!

Hi Larry, I must say I'm very leary of a first time poster putting in a link like this.

Yes, I agree, Dave, I would warn ALL forum members to be VERY careful about clicking on unknown links like that. It is very easy to pick up computer viruses that way!
