Can't wait-Mr Rommy will get to take part in the Parade again should there be a Rescue Parade-it was so much fun last year-we had four Rescue dogs that took part in the parade-just made you want to cry to see how far those "kids" had come. Hopefully there will be more dogs this year to take part in the parade. They may not have Champion before their name but let me tell you they sure looked like Champs when each took their turn walking around the ring as their story was told as to how they came into Rescue & found their "fur-ever" home

Those of you going without show dogs

Is it fun to go if you aren't showing a dog? Is there enough to do and see, especially to put names to the faces you have only known by email?

I'd like to go...but wondering...

Linda,
I went last year alone and had a wonderful time. Granted I wasn't looking for a non-stop active week of excitement or anything, but I enjoyed it so much I'm going again this year.

It was so much fun meeting the forum members and seeing all the beautiful dogs!

Linda, I have been going to the HCA national since 2003 and didn't have a dog in the ring until 2006. YES, it is fun!!! You meet great people that have the same passion you do about this wonderful breed. There are lot's of great "happings" all over the hotel. You learn alot about the breed and get see the most beautiful Havanese in the world!

I hope you come.
