They are beautiful. Maybe next year I'll think about having you do one of my corgi, Foxy, and Willow. If you have a picture but the picture really isn't the best, can you still do an ornament and maybe change the position of the face, or add the tongue as long as you see what the colors are? Or do you paint just exactly like the photo? What are the ornaments made out of? Glass? Plastic? You do such beautiful pictures and photos!

For a pet portrait I really need as perfect of a photo to work from as possible. If it were just a generic dog it would be no problem but each individual dog has unique planes of the face, tongue shape, etc that makes them so identifiable. If I can't see that in the photo clearly it may not look as much like your dog and I'm obsessive about having it look just like them. Plus it takes me twice as long to do as I have to make up things I can't see and reworking.

Ornaments are made out of a shatterproof material I suppose they could break but you'd have to work pretty hard at it

Those are gorgeous. You really do a great job making the ornament look exactly like the pet. I hope I remember next year. Do you have a website?

I would definitely leave it out all year. We don't have our Havi yet, but will bookmark your site for the future. You do a wonderful job depicting the subject exactly!
