May

Little May got to spend the day with us today we'll be sad to see her go home tonight. She was a perfect little house guest and so nice to have a buddy for Sophie for a few hours.

Sorry for all of the torn paper on the floor, for "some reason" we don't have a vacuum cleaner today!

Sophie and her little friend May are darling!!! Don't be concerned about a little torn paper. We've had electrical pipe insulation wrapped around all our iron table in the living room for three years!

Haa love it when people "decorate" for their dogs!
I had my house lined with body pillow bumpers for my blind Hallie. No chair or table legs anywhere she could bump into. She would run then and if she hit a pillow would just richochet off and keep going. <3

Your such a great doggie Mom! Our house is like a big playpen... I run and gather toys when someone visits.

So cute. Reminds me of when Molly and her Havi friend get together to play. In our case she is the tiny one. He is younger than her and started out smaller. She topped out at 6.3 lbs. and he kept growing to about 15 lbs!

I know it's too late to help Hailey, but if you ever have to help a blind dog again, Google "body harness bumper for blind dog", and you'; come up with photos for lots of variations that the dog wears like a "halo" around it's face. The flexible bumper hits any obstacle before the dog's face, and they quickly learn to navigate in it, even in strange environments!

It's amazing that Sophie can jump so high! Is that from a standing jump?
