Is this normal?

Lily's nose was never completely dark black but two days ago I noticed three white spots on the side. They were not there before. Is this normal? Could she be sick?

most of the time it is just a scratch, I wouldn't worry about it unless there was puss or something involved, if its just pink, she just brushed up against something being a dog

I had a similar question a while ago about Kipling's nose - I think he had scratched it - it ended up healing and his nose is back to black. You can see pictures of it in this thread. It almost looked like he had worn off some of the black on his nose.

Oh thanks you guys-that makes sense. Knowing Lily I'm sure she did rub it up against something.
