I took Lola to the city park for the first time this morning. The park has many trees and a wooded area with trails winding through it.
While we were walking along Lola suddenly started jumping around and spinning, obviously beside herself. She didn't want to settle and let me help her. She continued wiggling when I picked her up and I had no idea what was wrong. Then I saw part of a leaf under her tail. A bit of a struggle later I had Lola cleaned up.
I now know what those of you who've written about leaves and twigs in a Hav's coat mean. Miss Priss Lola was beside herself with the leaf "attack". We stayed on the clear walkways for the rest of the walk.
