Joins Problem with Max

I took my boy Max to the Vet today for yearly check up. Max is turning 2 but Vet said he already have problem with his legs joins.
I know this breed like to jump and have problem with joins when they get old.
Max likes to jump a lot.
Can anyone give me advice how to stop him from jumping so much around the house?

thanks

Do you have doggy steps? That can help with at least the couch and bed. You can also give him supplements to help with his joints. Good luck with the boy
