dog communicator

so, i have the 3 year old male hav who has had some separation anxiety issues. we've pretty much nipped this but my groomer said yesterday, she feels there is something going on with my pup. he's not himself. i have to agree but have kept my thoughts to myself, thought maybe i was over reacting. by the way, the groomer is awesome and she's been with us for 2 years. anyways, she recommended a animal communicator. the groomer used her for her pet in the past, and said she's was right on with her pets issues and was able to provide her info on what was really going on with her pet. she's kind of like a horse whisperer. am i nuts to try this? she lives in arizona and i have an appointment monday to call her. she's seems to be well known in the industry. wasn't sure if i could give her name or not, curious if anyone may have heard of her or not. i guess you call, give your pets name and she is able to say "you have a black and white small dog" and then you ask questions etc.

well, he energy seems to be low, we had an issue with seapration anxiety that i think we have undercontrol but the groomer noticed that when i left the room and she started grooming, she said his eyes were glued to the door, he was so anxious and panting the entire time. he does this sometimes just during the day and i know that's sometimes due to SA issues but, id on't think it's all that. he has a sad look in his eyes, i started to transition to a new food, maybe the old food is causing some discomfot somewhere, i don't know, but i do know he's not his usual happy crazy self. she suggestd the pet communicator because she said what you think is the problem probably isn't and she can pinpointexactly what's going on.

What is his schedule like during the day? Like how long is he alone, how much exercise does he get in a day etc.... Has a vet checked him out?
You will notice MANY people here, me included, have more than 1 Hav to keep them company. We are actually looking for a 3rd because i can see it in Tripps eyes that he wants a pup to play with(Dreamer is older) so bad.
Anywhoo, just thought i would ask!!

I have a friend who used a pet communicator for her two horses and two aussies-- It worked the same way on the phone ---no photos--- she liked it and she said it was all right on and got some usefull advice. If It's not too expensive---what have you got to lose?

i agree, what have i got to lose?! my pup is left alone for no more than 5 hours at a time, he gets a great walk in the morning with the hubby, a good walk in the afternoon with me and if we're up to it, a walk in the late evening. the vet just saw him a few days ago to titer test, he felt it was SA sooo, i don'tknow, he's always staring at me, i know this isn't a bad thing but nothing will break his stare aware from me. it's a little unsetteling. i just love him so much it breaks my heart to think somethings going on with him and i can't figure out what it is. i would get another dog in a heart beat but the condo we have in florida only allows for one dog, otherwise i would have gotten another one last year. so, i think i will see what this woman has to say. hopefully she can shed some light on my pup!
