Will this rash heal on its own?

Anything that is right around a nipple like that should be looked at by a vet right away.

She is on meloxicam for urine infection and for the rash he suggested polysporin

It's hard to tell from a picture, but it sort of looks like a fungal infection.

Entederm is a 3 in 1 ointment for skin stuff, it replaced the powder neo-pre-def (neo-per-eh-deaf), a 3 in 1 as well. topical lidocaine to numb the skin so they don't lick it to death, antibotic and a topical steriod, IIRC. but most likely a general vet will not know what it is. if you wanna pay $200 to a vet dermatologist, it might be worth it.

My Ollie has always been an itchy boy, and he gets hot spots, the Entederm and neopredef are both magical. often just 1 treatment and the rash is gone.
