Look what I found

Little guy appears to have been abandoned. I was out in the back yard with the dogs and heard loud insistant squeeking outside the fence. Here is what I found squealing for all he had, laying in the full sun up against the fence with no mama in sight and no cover to hide him from the sun or predators.

He's very young...I'm guessing about 2 1/2 weeks old. I bought some kitty formula as per the vets advice and have a tiny bottle or syringe to get him fed.

I had a friend that raised a kitten this way. She was actually able to take him to work with her and everything! She had to wet a q-tip to stimulate it to go to the bathroom, since the mother usually takes care of that. (I did not know that until she had him!) Best of luck with that sweet little thing!

Yes, he is still that young that I have to stimulate him to potty.

Aw, he is so cute! He must have known that you are an animal lover and would make a good mommy, Christy!

Awwww...glad you found the poor baby. I raised many foundling kittens, I hope you get some rest between feedings.

Oh Christy,

I am so glad you found this little kitty, or should I say it's lucky you found it.
