Another silly question from me. I took Snickers to her first grooming appointment the other day. She came out looking really cute with big big BIG fur and her bangs up in a top knot with a cute bow holding it.
Sadly this 6 month old puppy's custom quoif lasted all of about 25 minutes before the bow was out and her bangs were once again covering her eyes.
I tried - really tried to get the [email protected]!n bow back on and her top knot looking good - to no avail. She doesn't much like anyone messing around her head and face under the best of conditions -- with me tugging and twisting her bangs she was about fed up and no it wasn't the best of conditions.
So, what's the secret? I went out to Pet Smart and picked up a package of bows and bands, and a couple of clips. But still can't imagine how to get both the band and the bow on and have it actually stay put for 'a while (like maybe a day?)'. Educamate please!.

They learn !!! We all went throught what you did. Repitition and it becomes a daily routine habit. I say "pony time" and they just lay down and let the boring deed be done and over with. Repitition, repitition, repitition.
