Low Protein, High Phosphorus Blood Test Results

Hi all, I had bloodwork drawn for Coco last week and I was just wondering if anyone has any insight on the results:

His Lymphocytes, Phosphorus and Creatine were on the higher side while his Total Protein and Globulin were on the lower end. They werent SUPER out of whack and the vet was not concerned- they're just right on the cusp and in the red zone. Are these common abnormalities for a nearly 6 month old puppy or something I should be watching? Should I change food to something higher in protein? Even if the vet is not worried I would still like some personal feedback to hear if others have seen this and if it lead to anything more serious. Thanks!
