Adorable quirks!

What adorable quirks does your Havanese have?

When I comb Migo at night and he is in sit position he occasionally nods off and almost falls over! It's endearing.

That is adorable. You will have to snap a pic if you can and share it with the group.

I like it when Kosmo takes a mouthful of kibble and, if Zoe is very close, will let some drop out of his mouth to the floor for her to eat. He feeds her.

Panda falls asleep when I'm drying her.

Kodi does this very cute thing where he puts his front feet up on my legs, then presses his head into my legs. He will stand there practically for ever, as long as I keep scratching his shoulders.

Pixel's cutest thing is that when she first sees you after you've been out, she walks toward you with her "arms" up in the air, like a toddler asking to be picked up.

Oh, and Kodi does these amazing "flying finishes" when we compete in Obedience, that always get a laugh from the crowd... and have given him the nick name among local competitors of "The Flying Swiffer" I have a photo of that, but we are away on vacation, so can't post it now.

Shama won't lie down to have her belly rubbed, but if I rub her belly while she's standing, she'll lift the rear leg closest to me. I think she's trying to give me better access.

She throws a ball down the stairs, retrieves it, throws it back down the stairs, retrieves it, and so on.

She throws a toy at my husband when she wants him to play with her.

(When I say "throws" above, I mean with her mouth . . .)

You really would have had something if your Hav could pitch!

Scout's favorite resting spot is behind the drapes. 🙁 I've been sliding him away and saying "no" for four years! It drives me crazy! Now Truffles has decided she likes the opposite end, but not under the drapes. Truffles quirk is flopping over on her back whenever she see's me so I will rub her belly. She always greets us at the door barking and then runs to get her red furry bone. Then she runs around the living room whimpering with the bone in her mouth until we picked her up. 😊

Willow gives me nose bumps to get attention. If I don't pay attention, the bumps get stronger.

She also likes to bring me a toy to play tug with or to throw for her to retrieve. If I get tired of the game and get up and walk away, she'll take a running start and jump against my back legs - like "Hey! We're not finished here!".

She also likes her front "underarms" scratched and will lay on her side with a front leg up.

When she sleeps and is dreaming she makes these really cute little high pitched yips and growls.

My husband takes her out to do her business in the morning and when she comes in she races to her big crate and dives UNDER the pillow. I'll try and post a pix of that. All you can see is a lump and sometimes a little nose sticking out.

Cubby sleeps with us. When we first go to bed he goes under the sheet and tunnels around like crazy. It is so funny. I will scratch in an opposite area and he tunnels there. Hilarious.
