Liver problem

Izzy will be 3yrs old next week and now has some issues with her liver. Blood work showed elevated liver enzymes.
Vet just put her on Denosyl and will retest in one month. Anyone dealing with liver issues
Any thoughts would be appreciated. I am a wreck
Thank you

Was it during routine bloodwork? Or is the little one showing symptoms?
My RIP dog's liver workup was off the charts high. My vet said he would not make it for more than a couple of days and that he had never seen a bloodwork up that bad in over 30 yrs. Put him on Denamarin(sp?). He was vomiting for a day prior. His liver enzymes came down a lot although not perfect after almost 2 months of Denamarin. He lived for over 3 more years, til he died at 15 years, 10 days.
