I havenít been active on this forum for a few months, but the discussion about toilet paper brought me back. Jessie turned a year old in May. She is completely housebroken and has been for some time. In fact she has great little kidneys. She is smart and a quick study. However, since a pup, she has a thing about paper, especially toilet paper. She will shred anything she can her mouth on....newspaper ads, coupons, manufactures instructions, etc. But her favorite is paper towels and toilet paper. Got to keep bathroom doors closed or Iíll be picking up a trail of toilet paper down the hall.

We are getting better about keeping the bathroom doors closed, but i have surrendered to her love of paper. The past few days Iíve been throwing the newspaper on the floor for her to find and shred, junk mail, things like that. I think the both of us (Zumba and mama)are driving my husband batty. Yesterday, though, I wondered if the ink in the newspaper would be bad for her, so I went and picked it up before she could shred. She got a huge emptied wrapping paper roll instead to chew up. Was she a happy camper!
