Love it!

You know how Amazon sends you ads for things you might be interested in? Usually they are based SOMEWHAT on your past buying habits. They HAVE to know we have multiple dogs from the amount of dog food we buy from them each month. So EHY did they send us an ad for DOORBELLS?!?! THAT was a miss!!! You’ve been here. You know how likely it is for anyone to actually GET to the doorbell before they all go off! LOL!

If you remember we had a bit of trouble finding your driveway. Once we started up your long driveway, we could hear the dogs barking - it was a "yippee, we got company" bark. I told Momi, "I'm pretty sure we are at the right place, this sounds familiar!"

This was an ad that popped up in Facebook. It cracked me up because, at my house, same as Karen’s, Zumba lets us know way before somebody gets to the doorbell, that we have somebody approaching the house.

Mia barks at every single Fed Ex or UPS truck coming down our street JUST IN CASE they may come to our house!!! She will be in a dead sleep in her crate and as soon as one of them enters the subdivision a half a mile away, she starts barking her head off and runs onto the porch to complete the barking “process”.

I love that!

Mine runs to the window at a knock or doorbell on tv, not just the real thing.
I wish there was a mute button for dog barking and door knocking on tv!

Mia also thinks TV sounds are real! In particular, that beeping sound that trucks make backing up really gets her going! But at least she does not do what my sister in law’s Westie does. He actually jumps at the TV screen whenever any kind of animal is on there.

Nothing, or no one could make it anywhere close to our door before we know about it.

Pam was gone for two nights, last weekend, and I swear they were all at the door, knowing she was coming, when she was ten minutes from home, and she had not even called me first. They don't just have good hearing. They have senses that we will never understand.
