Keeping an intact and neutered male together

Iím just wondering if anyone has ever kept both fixed and unfixed males together ...

I know in daycare setups, they donít mix neutered and unneutered males because there can be issues, but wondering about in homes.

We are looking at getting a show male which ofc means leaving him intact. Denver is under a neuter contract. I donít want any issues down the line so Iím just wondering if I should ask my breeder about leaving Denver intact if it could be an issue (same breeder for both dogs).

There is more likely to be problems between to intact males than between an intact male and a neutered male. That said, a lot of intcat males get along too. When it often gets dicey is if there is an intact female in the mix also.

Thanks Karen! Iím not planning on having another after a second, so shouldnít have to worry too much about females. Lol.
