Question What play style do your hava likes?

Fedja especially loves run and chase games (and tug of war to some degree, nothing to aggressive). He is a shy boy and doesn't like physical dog's and things like rolling on the ground, neck gnawing etc. If dog do this he tends to shut down and tries to get away. He is not assertive and feels terrorized with this kinds of play.
I'm curious if this is only Fedja being Fedja or could this be a play style of havs? Are your hav's 'non physical' too?

Kodi loves run and chase games with other dogs, but he's not big on wrestling either. He will tolerate it in a younger, smaller puppy, but if a bigger dog tackles him, he's right between my legs again.

Roki loves to play "pawsoccer". We play it many times during the day with little black and white ball. Just like real soccer - I am hiting the ball with my feet and he is hitting back with his paws or muzzle. He is also good at goalkeeper's position - catchig almost every ball.

Sophie will wrestle around with small dogs, but with bigger ones she just rolls on her back in submissiveness. She loves tug of war and chase. Nothing is more fun than finding something I don't want her to have and running with it!

Maddie and Zoey love playing and rolling around resealing with each other. Ball throwing and tug a war are their favorite games with me.Yesterday we went to the park and a women came with a 5mo old Lab pup who ran at Zoey she was terrified and ran like the wind screaming I felt so bad. Maddie didn't like the puppy either.

Augie loves tug of war and keep away. I will try catch him as he runs by with a toy or sock or ? He thinks it is great fun to run near me, but whizzes by before I can even get my hands on him. We have done a lot of this in the house this winter because it has been so wet and muddy outside. Or fetch - he loves fetch too. And he loves when we practice our Rally exercises - no doubt because of the treats involved. Augie does not like it when big dogs come at him. He likes to tussle with small ones a bit.

Roki's Mom - That sounds like a great game! The pawsoccer.

I recognize this game very well .
Fedja loves his Chuckit to death and could fetch all day long. He doesn't like big dogs either. He also likes cat toys better, we have two cats in house so there are plenty for him to choose from.
Thanks for all your replies, I read some good playing ideas here . But I was more interested in how they like to play when it comes to playing with other dogs? Are there any havs here that do like to wrestle for example? I mean like labs and GS do, a little aggressive playing style? And if they like it, are this more dominant ones from the litter? Or do havs in general tend to like not so physical games?

Kirby isn't a big player....He likes to run after his small stuffed toy (baby) and bring it to me for a treat. He'll jump way high up in the air when he brings me the "baby" and then he drops right to the ground in a stay until I hand him the treat. He loves this game. He also loves hide and seek....We will hide from him and he just loves to find us....I haven't mastered the art of getting him to play without a treat reward so I keep these games to a minimum, as he is a big Hav and he doesn't need to gain any extra weight.

He doesn't "play" with other dogs much...really an "only child" dog. He enjoys other dogs' company, especially small dogs, but doesn't wrestle or run around with them for more than 15 seconds or so...He's rather just watch them run around.

my little guy loves to chase my big dogs (65 lbs, 130 lbs) around the yard, and mouth spar with my 65 lb 8 month old. they just lay on the floor and mouth each other, it's hysterical.

Whimsy loves to fetch....not with a ball, but with her favorite squeak toy. In the winter or whenever the weather is bad, I throw the toy up and down the stairs and all over the house so she can run around for exercise. Whimsy is an 'only child' and doesn't come in contact with too many dogs.
