I THOUGHT THEY WERE HYPOALLERGENIC!

I have been trying to figure out why my allergies have been soooo bad the past few weeks, especially when I get home. There haven't been any changes to furniture, carpets, etc. and it's so puzzling, because it's even worse in the house then outside.

Then this past weekend we were in the yard and the furbabies were having a great time running around. They love to run under the two pines I have with lower branches they can hide under. They were running under one of them and we noticed a "cloud" as they did. A cloud of pollen!!!! I guess my cute little hypoallergenic Havs are getting pollen all over them and bringing it in the house.

They are getting baths again this weekend!

Yes, Gucci had a bath on Monday and one the Thursday prior to that, and chances are, she'll get another one Friday before we go to Michigan for the weekend, they are like little allergen mops, aren't they? lol

But I guess any dog, or person could carry it in in their hair, clothes, etc. We just have to be vigilant keeping it clean.

Allergies are SO much work., sigh.

I have to admit, I giggled at this. The pollen has gotten super bad here too and while Eva doesn't bring in pollen, our two cats will go out on the balcony and roll around in the pollen that collects there! I think the purposely do it to show their disdain for my fiance who has allergies

Dear Lord - our Sunday high might be 45 - LOL
I am so surprised MIchelle that you have a had a probem, or has it disappeared during our recent snow??
I thank God very often that I dont have those kinds of allergies!!!! Granted when it matters most & I am in an emergency situation health wise, I might not wish for my allergies, but I am thankful that I dont have to worry about spring and summer allergies!!
I sure hope that those allergies dont keep you from coming on May 7th MIchelle!!!!!

Oh yeah it is yellow everywhere have to rinse the car with the hose to see to drive!!! We had a little rain last night helped with the blowing pollen a bit. My allergy's start improving as soon as it drops. I have to wash Misty's feet every time she goes out right now. They're all like big pollen mops!!!!!

I think that's the other problem. We have 3 cats, but only one goes out and he sleeps on my bed.

Laurie, my allergies are much worse in the spring and they start at the end of Feb when things start to bud out. I will be fine for the playdate.
