I decided after the chicken bone eating scare that I needed to have a thread about the dogs doing well! I started to feel like I only wrote on the forum when I was very worried!
Nala adjusted well to our new additon the Tibetan Terrier, Blitz. They are opposites in all ways! She is a true lap dog and is shy and he is a bouncing energetic and friendly guy.I have been so busy walking him I have not posted a picture of him even though I got him in March! . He will be two in November but is very much a puppy. I love having two dogs. I thought about it for a long time and it was the right thing to do. At first I had to crate him and have dog walkers. And he did yelp in his crate. But now he is fine in the main area of the house with Nala and he doesn't cry at all when I leave. His coat is pretty much a full coat but he doesn't tangle as much as Nala.
Blitz definetly needs way more walks than Nala! I guess it depends on your dogs... They don't "play" a lot together. Maybe once a day or so but they are always together in the house and love to be together.
I make sure Blitz has lotso of play dates with other dogs too!
