What would your Hav do for you??

Yesterday I ended up with a pretty bad migraine headache. I get them occasionally and will typically recognize it and head it off before it gets to bad. Well yesterday I was hell bent on not having a headache becuase I had to much to do (not really but I was off work and WAS NOT going to have a headache). Long story short my headache turned into a full blown migraine at about 6 last night. I ended up in the bathroom very sick. Poor Kipper hopped of the bed (the dog that can't go down more then 3 steps but can hop off a queen bed) and came into the bathroom to see what was wrong. When he saw me he started prancing back and forth, whining and then was licking me to try to make me feel better. The rest of the night he stayed by my side watching me and snuggling to make sure I was feeling better. If I didn't love this little fluff of fur before there was no way I couldn't after last night. Especially when DH and the kids were so unaware of how bad of shape I was in. So tell me, what would your Hav do for you if you were feeling blue or under the weather? I can't wait to see what these little love bugs do for the ones that they love the most.

This has nothing to do with when I'm sick, but we recently were able to upgrade our couch from a tiny 2-seater to a full size couch with very wide armrests and a back wide enough for Ceylon to walk on. He loves to sleep on the wide armrests, and also to walk back and forth on the top of the back like a cat lol. Lately, however, he has been jumping up to the back, then walking back and forth a couple of times, and then he stops where I am at and paws at my head and then literally tries to 'roll' in my hair, sortof the same way a dog will roll in grass, until he finally rolls himself off the back of the couch lol. I have determined that I think that he is trying to 'pet' me on the one place where I am 'furry' slash hairy - it is very obviously an act of love, and not (I hope) because my hair is stinky lol! Seriously though, he will stop and lick me inbetween - it IS an act of love. I pet him all the time and especially on his head, so I think that he is just trying to return the favor, now that he has easy access to my head

Molly comforts my wife all the time. She's disabled and in pain alot. Molly keeps her company in bed quite often. Gwen says she couldn't be without her. Just her company helps I'm sure. And when I rob banks , Molly helps carry out the money in her back pack. LOL

First off..migraines are horrible..I get them once in a while and I sympathize with you.
Whimsy seemed very concerned when I had my hip replace this past winter. She was a lot more gentle with me and didn't pester me to play. She knew I just needed her to lay quietly in bed with me and keep me company. They just sense things. I love how she licks my tears when I cry about something...always makes me feel better.( probably likes the salty taste! LOL)

Gucci is a champ when I'm sick, and I'm sick more than the average person, unfortunately..but she just knows and doesn't bug me at all, she'd go without eating to stay in bed with me, If I'm in bed all day sick and I tell my dh to go put her food out, she won't even eat it, she'll run back to bed and stay with me, although, she doesn't like me puking, she will stand back about 6 feet from me, lol...that scares her ,but as soon as I'm back in bed, she's trying to spoon on me, lol
