Great story Dave. I could see that a juror might be influenced by the dog. In my opinion though if a child is so fearful of testifying, the pervert is probably guilty. No I would not be a good juror--way to opinated.

I would be totally distracted by the dog and not listen to the case at all. Therapy dogs fascinate me. They are amazing. There is a German Shepherd guide dog at our church. I always pick the pew with the best view of him. (He is a gorgeous thing with the kindest eyes. I just want to pet and hug him but know I can't because he is on the job. )

I would be eliminated as a bad choice of juror, too.
