Best little flashlight ever!!

Flashlights are handy things to have when you need one, and these will easily fit in a pocket or purse, and necessary sometimes for walking a dog at night.

A link is not available, or I would post it. In the section of cheap junk for sale in Home Depot, where the different flashlights are, there is a package with 3 small LED flashlights and 2 headlamps and AAA batteries for $19.88 (price is by memory but it's something close to that in the cents column).

The flashlights have CREE LEDs. CREE led's are the good ones, made in USA, not Chinese ones that don't last. Don't buy any LEDs that aren't made by CREE for now. The flashlights are made in China, but the led's are CREE.

These little lights put out more light than a 5 D cell maglight and cover a clearer patten, and will fit in a pocket. Good for 2 1/2 hours on 3 AAA's.

Buy them while you can get them, since it's rare to find anything good in the junk for sale section, and they don't usually bring the same stuff back. The headlamps are pretty poor, but it's well worth the 20 bucks for the 3 good flashlights.

Quite simply the best flashlights I've owned, and I haven't missed many-especially considering the price.

Well, shoot! We don't have a Home Depot! That sounds like a good buy as we're always having trouble finding a good flashlight!

Darn, wish I'd read this before I went to Home Depot this morning. I'll have to try to remember to look for this next time I go. I can always use a good flashlight when walking dogs at a motel when we go to shows. Sometimes I have to feel with the poop bag or paper towell to find the poop in the dark.

We don't have a Home Depot either. I may try to get into one though when we take Robbie to his state bowling for special olympics. My husband has a "thing" for flashlights! These sound like a perfect gift!

I found them at the local Home Depot today and bought 2. One for us and one for my son who has 2 dogs. They will be great to use while walking the dogs at night.
I took Finnegan to Home Depot with me to see how he would react to all the equipment and noise, etc. He need lots of exposure to this for therapy work.
He was fine, didn't flinch at the heavy equipment, and made a few new friends at Home Depot.
Love those flashlights and what a buy, with all the batteries included!
Thanks for the info, Tom.

luv3havs, Have you tried one outside in the dark yet? It still amazed me again when I used one tonight.

Thanks, Tom, I'll check it out tomorrow. The one I carry in the mornings for first-time-out weighs a ton.

Tom,
The light is awesome-so bright for such a small flashlight.
It's great at night for dog walks, and it's good to use indoors when looking in a dark closet, or under the sink too!
I'm going to get rid of my big old ones.
Suzy, sorry, I can't post a picture.
