Wonderful puppy pickup

The one boy leaving from our litter of 2 boys left with his new family today. You can always tell how good a home will be for a puppy, by the children of the family. This family will do just fine.

They drove all night to get here, and headed back today. We'll be relieved when we hear that they got back home safely.

I'm sure you'll be hearing more about it.

I'll bet you can talk the Mom into posting some pictures.

Awww! Is the mom on the forum? Is the remaining puppy missing his brother?

I'm dying of the suspense since this is the first time I've been an "insider" on a new forum puppy. But I can wait one more day for the new owner to make the announcement!!!

The one we're keeping did just fine. We never heard a peep out of him during his rest time he spent in his expen today. The rest of the time he was out in the house with us and the rest of the dogs, and the cat who plays with dogs and puppies, so he didn't miss Toby at all.

Hopefully we'll hear from Toby's family soon, although I'm sure they're completely worn out with the trip, so it might be a while.

I wouldn't be any good for anything for several days after a trip like that.

I keep checking......

When I first logged in and saw your name Tere, I thought Ache got a new brother for Christmas!

Just got an update. They made it home safely at 9 p.m.

I'm sure they are all Zombiized from the long trip and little sleep.

I'll wait for the new owners to make any announcement, but they will probably need to sleep for a couple of days!
