How often do you give your little ones a bath/groom?

Bath once every week. Maybe less frequently while she was a young puppy. Brushing / combing every day.

I would like to bath them every week, but that seems excessive, so I make once every two weeks. Their coats just feel so much softer when they are clean.

I try to brush them every day, but they both hate it, so sometimes I get get tired of fighting with both of them and don't do it.

I think anymore than once a week might be over bathing, BUT it would probably depend on what cleansers you are using.
I bath Tillie every 7-10 days with the longest between baths being 2 weeks and by then she is GRIMY and her coat is almost sticky. blech! LOL
She gets combed out everyday, although lately I've been so busy it has been every other day at times, but thankfully she is done blowing her puppy coat, so it isn't too bad combing every other day! During coat blowing, I was combing maybe 3 times a day at least 1/2 hr at each session...

I think it depends on the individual dog. Augie could go easily 3-4 weeks between baths and still feel and smell good, very easy to comb out. Finn - an entirely different story. He should get one about every week, but it is usually every 2 weeks because it is still a major work-out (for me) to bathe him - he gets gummy feeling and smells like pee. Oh, and I comb them about every other day.

Kodi gets abath about once a week. Almost NEVER more than 10 days. While he was blowing coat, I went down to every 4-5 days.

My vet told me that as long as you use mild shampoo and condition well, it doesn't matter how often you bathe... Most people bathe daily and it doesn't hurt us!

Panda gets a bath every 7-10 days. Any longer than that and she's a mess. Because of her cottony coat she HAS to be groomed daily, otherwise her hair matts like crazy. It's not as bad when she's in a puppy cut, but I'm trying to let her grow out some - at least for the winter...

It depends how dirty he gets. Most of the time every 2 weeks, but if he gets dirty I do every week.
