First RLH Morning

We finally had some sleet/snow last night and Cooper was so excited. Now I know what RLH is He ran and slid all over the place early this morning. Now to attempt to dry him off. Oh any suggestions on what is fast and good for drying off,the small hand towel didn't absorb too well, any other ideas?

Isn't it so cute when they RLH? I have a towel by the door and I try my best to get her dry, but then I just let her dry on her own. You could use the blowdryer.

We got our first real snow last night. When I let the boys out this morning to do their "business" they took off running, doing laps around the yard, kicking up the snow at full speed. It was totally hysterical to watch. Then when they had tired themselves out they came over and stood by me, waiting for me to clear off a patch of grass for them to actually take care of the "business" part. So they can run and play in the snow and its totally okay BUT when it comes to actually having to poop or pee on the snow its a completely different story. Too funny!!

I also have a towel by the door especially on rainy days. I wipe the topside and the hold each paw in the towel. We haven't had any snow yet. Thank goodness! I also let them dry on their own.

I have noticed they "look" dirty when wet, and when dry they look great. Oh, I also have an extra towel near me on rainy days because the boys will always want to sit on my lap or next to me, so the extra towel absorbs that extra water.

Since this will happen several times a day, I just towel dry and let the room temp do the rest, unless they are too wet, then I blow dry.

How cute, I a bag of about a dozen microfiber towels at sam's club a few years ago. They work pretty well, better than a regular towel.

I agree with Becky. The microfiber towels work much better than regular towels. I use them after Tucker's bath, when it's raining and after he plays in the snow. They absorb much more wetness than regular towels and dry quicker also.
