Lynne, thank you. I'll let him know you find him handsome :-). But I bet he would be happier to hear it coming out Lizzies' pretty mouth lol. What does your girl say? :-)))

Fedja really is beautiful! What a lot of hair you got out of him!!! I've started saving Kodi's hair. There are places that you can send dog hair and get it spun into yarn. I want to have a scarf of Kodi hair! They say you need about a gallon sized bag of hair to make enough yarn to do anything with. I have a friend who does it often, but she has Alaskan Malamutes, so she has LOTS of hair to work with!!! With a Hav, a gallon bag will take a while. He's young, though, so we've got plenty of time!

Beautiful! Love the coloring! Mat removing or thinning out? Trimming down? What's the story?

Wow! Such a handsome boy! I wonder if Sasha is hiding under that heap of Fedja's hair?
How did you get all that hair out? Combing? Brushing? Cutting?

What a great idea! Now that you mentioned it, I did know a lady who made a small 2m by 1,5m carpet for under her salon table from her 3 Samoyed's! I have had Samoyed once, and you get so much hair out of them daily, so I'm not surprised she managed to do that lol. They're beautiful and sweet dogs, but for me? Never again lol.
Will have to look if I can find someone who makes things out of dogs hair. Would LOVE to have a scarf of Fedja's hair too! But I think it will take a while, because I haven't been saving his hair all this years :-(

Nooo, no mats there, it would make me a terrible mommy if he had so much mats to remove lol. I have been thinning him out with Mars Coat King tool and it works great for us. He has such a thick hair and looks really big with all that hair on his little body. I have done it twice in the last 3 or 4 months and I'm pleased with the results I get. I have been afraid that he would mat more this way, but up until now he don't get any more mats that the usual ones.

I'm glad to say that she was a sleep, otherwise it would have been mission impossible to get this done with her around .

What a beautiful face. Love the coloring. How often do you have to thin his hair? He looks stunning!

Fedja does look very handsome! But I am puzzled and have been sitting here trying to figure out what the title of your thread is referring to??? 1 to 3 in a week???? Is this an announcement? Are you adding another Hav? I haven't been on the forum much, if any, for a few days and have I missed something??
