My girlfriend uses baby gates which if you can find them have some that are a lot longer. What I is use an xpen that is not hooked up, this way I just fold it open when I dont want it. You could always check places like petetdge.com or petsmart or petco or babys r us

The largest I have ever seen goes up to 13'. Maybe if you use a folded out expen like Laurie that would work? The only problem that I ran into with mine when I tried was that Kubrick could easily knock it over. I actually have a larger opening as well, but it was under 13' so I was able to get a gate.

Good luck!

Lina is right, they will try to knock it down, or in Logan's case, go right to the edge & try to push it back and get around it. We just put it in a doorway and wrapped it around a table on one side, and a lamp on the other, and it works perfectly.

If you mount some type of hooking devise on your walls, you could use 2 of the metal xpens. They usually come in 4 two foot sections. Without secure hooks in the wall, I do not think it will hold.

I use panels from my ex pen to block off large doorways I have; I would think that would work for your purposes. I have the plastic ex pen.
