Lupine Collars, Harnesses and Leashes....

My "other dog" Tess really HATES her harness. We've tried various types and she doesn't like any of them, but I prefer the Lupine 1/2" harness because it is light and fits well.

We drove from TN to VT on the 14th and Tess chewed completely through her harness when I wasn't looking. I had heard that Lupine will replace their products, even if they are damaged by the dog. I mailed the mangled harness last week and today, less than a week from when I mailed it, a replacement harness is in my mailbox! Now THAT is good customer service and will make me recommend them time and time again.

Next time we're on a long ride though, I'll take Tess's harness off while in the car!

That IS good customer service. I have a few Lupine collars, leashes and harnesses here. They are quite sturdy. Tess, you stinker!

I'm planning to get a Lupine leash when I take Maccabee to the vet on Saturday. He chewed through a leash last Sunday, and chewed through the tether for his Tagalog car seat not long ago. Excellent customer service from Solvit, the car seat company. The woman I spoke in said she would consider it "broken" and replace it under the warranty. Then, she said she wod send 2 tethers, "just in case.". I received them within days.
