Leave TV or Radio or sound machine on for pup when not home?

Anyone leave some type of sound on for their pup when they are not home? I am wondering if this is helpful?

I do too...have been told by the alarm company that this is also a good idea. So even if we take them, I still leave something on.

It is the only time they get the cartoon station on.

I always leave something on. During the workday they listen to country music, but on the weekend if I run a quick errand and they can't go, I leave them in the main part of the house with the TV on. My breeder always does this for her dogs so I just followed her advice.

We leave the TV or radio on. It doesn't matters what station. We also leave a few lights on in the house. This all makes me feel better!

We don't bother, and Kodi doesn't seem to care.

I leave the radio on, and in the winter I leave a light on so they don't spend all evening in the dark.
