Guess Who was On Front Porch?

The story: Dh left house this morning at 6:15am. I come home from working and arrive at the house at 7:45AM and I see a black and white dog sitting on my porch near the front door. Thank God, Dexter was there! He comes running to the car when I drive up. He was outside for 1 1/2 hours!!!!!

Then, I hope to God that Jack is in the house! He was.

OMG, how scary. What a good boy staying on the porch. Wonder what he and Jack were talking about through the door.

That is one of my biggest fears with a husband and 3 kids going in and out. I always know where Lizzie is when I leave the house. The others tend to be in lala land.

OMG! That would have freaked me out. So glad he didn't wonder the neighborhood and stayed put! I wonder what my guys would have done? I think Fred could find his way from anywhere in the neighborhood. I swear if it's possible for a dog to have a built in GPS, he does. On our walks, he will always try to cut onto the side street for the quickest way home. He must be programed for, "shortest route" !!! LOL

Glad he is safe

Scary!!! I think that for most of us that is our worst fear. I am so happy to hear he was a perfect boy.

Oh, wow, scary! I agree, Dexter deserves a special treat - what a good boy!

But I would be calling 'Husband Rescue' and arranging for a pick up!

Just have had incidents with the DH lately, leaving stuff out for the dogs to get into. We were on poop patrol for a few days - Finn ate a good portion of a garden glove. I think it has all come through now. Husbands!
