Scudder missing........

I brought all 3 dogs to my sisters house yesterday. She also has a Havanese. The door bell rings and all 4 dogs go charging the door. I scream, don't let the dogs get out! After the person leaves, I say, where is Scudder? My sister, her husband, nanny and 3 kids are searching and calling his name. I said, something is not right! Scudder is always stuck to my side. OH MY GOD!! So we go racing all over the neighborhood and can't find him. I am saying, thank God he is microchipped and is wearing his collar. Someone will call right? What if they decide to keep him?!!! My sisters husband is yelling, who let Scudder get out!!! I say, call the police and every shelter in the area, I am going to get in my car and go search for him. Then my sister walks into the pantry, and there he is! He had followed me into the pantry and I locked him in LOL What a scare, but that's a velcro dog for you!!

Omg I was scared for you, before I got to the ending.

Glad he's safe and sound!

I'm so glad you found him. You got my heart racing though this morning. I cannot imagine the fear you felt for a while.

Thanks guys

It's amazing the horrible thoughts that can go through your head in a short amount of time. I told everyone I thought I kept my cool while he was missing. They said I was hysterical...LOL. Imagine if I really was hysterical!!!

Gezzzzzzz!!! Don't you hate that! You are out frantically searching and then you found your baby safe in the house all the time!

I have found Dexter when I thought he was lost, in the house all that time, or lock in the garage, or back in one of the rooms that was entered briefly then door closed. I am so glad you had a happy ending.
