bwhahahhahahha, but I won't.

Got home from work/school this afternoon and saw 3 little girls 'walking' a dog with a scarf. lol He belongs to a neighbor 2 hourses down, they are young, party-ers and the poor little guy gets out ALL the time and I always rescue him. They leave him outside alone ALL day long, he has a big 'brother, ' a husky that loves to dig holes for the little guy to escape. Anywho, so I called the girls over and talked to them, they brought him in our fenced front yard and took the scarf off. He wears a collar thankfully, so I called the owner and she is at work till 6:30. (it's now 4pm here) So I told her we'd let him hang out here for now. Tillie is very curious about him. They haven't played yet, but aren't bothered at all by each other. I finally set the x-pen up in the kitchen and have him in there because he was SO hot outside (over 80 here today). He is cooling his belly on the tile.

So, yes. I totally COULD have messed with ya'll again. but I didn't.
btw he is a shih tzu. not a hav.

If you keep playing The Little Boy Who Cried Wolf we won't believe you when you really get your puppy! What a cutie, but he's black and white so could he be anything else?

bwhahahahhaa I was JUST telling my husband this tonight at dinner!!
Ya, Tillie wasn't so impressed with the imposter... He totally DOES look and act like a hav except for the pushed in muzzle!!
It's sad though, he doesn't seem to have any training at all and was pretty barky, which Tillie does NOT like. She has been trained very well to be quiet in the house and she could NOT figure out why he was barking so much! lol
I could see exactly how I would work with him if he was my dog. but he isn't.
The owner FINALLY came about an hour ago and she picked him up by the scruff of the neck...

How sad for the little guy! Sounds like a classic case of "let's get a puppy for the girls" and then put no effort at all in it. Who in their right mind would get a small breed & put it outside all day? And obviously upset when she picked him up (clueless as to why he doesn't behave!). And such a big rush to get him! She was probably thinking "I'll wait til late, that way we won't have to mess with this little brat this evening". Some people need to be branded on their forehead "Clueless - No Animals Please!"

I feel sorry for the little guy;(. Don't even get me started at people who get a dog and dont take care of it. It's a huge pet peeve!

That is so sad, Tammy. We had a cute little black and white shih-tzu in our neighborhood that ran loose all day long, too. Then he disappeared. The family was looking all over for him and so worried and I felt like asking where was all that concern when he was out running loose everyday? And yes, this was bought for their little girl!
