Yelling is NOT the answer. Say "OUCH" in a high pitched sharp voice, JUST ONCE. If she doesn't stop, immediately, but gently, pick her up and put her in her crate or ex-pen. Leave her there for 2 minutes, then if she is calm, let her out again. BE CONSISTENT!!! Do it as many times as it takes. She WILL get the message, but she's still very young. It may take a lot of repetitions!

She is also probably teething. Make sure she has plenty of appropriate things to chew on to sooth her gums. Wife should "yelp" loudly like how other litter mates do to say it's too rough.

Puppies can be a bit unruly at times, be firm with the NO and encourage the appropriate greeting/ treats if he greets right

And yes, teething may be a factor...try offering him some thin rawhide sticks to chew on, they were great for Gucci when she was teething

Agree with Karen. Augie was a nasty little nipper - hard to believe now as he is such a laid back dog. He did not respond to the high-pitched 'ouch'. We would remove him from the area, put him in the gated kitchen whenever he nipped, and ignored him - was the only thing that finally got results. And it was done over and over.

Say "Ouch!" Loudly. If walking do same thing, stop walking. Dexter did this too. He might be trying to herd you.
