A Taste of the Wild food

Any one familar with it? I gave Lilly the sample and she ate it like it was candy. So I bought a small bag and now she doesn't want the Royal Canine. I was giving her the R.C. in the AM and the Tast of the wild at night now I have to mix them to get her to finish the bag of RC. I am just curious if any one else has used it.

It looks like a good food. thanks for the tip-- I like that it is lower protein than the other grain free products. I am going to look for it.

I found it at the Natural Pet Supply store here. It comes in three flavors and Lilly L-O-V-E-S the roasted bison and venison one.

the companies web site doesn't have too much info on it. Like USDA inspected or where it is manufactured. But I am very curious. I have very picky boys.
and it also isn't that expensive- $10/11 for a 5lb bag--- RC is more expensive than that.

I had a sample, but they didn't like it. They liked the Wellness Core sample and I might switch to that when they finish the Fromms. They actually went and ate the Core and I didn't add anything to it.

Sorry, I have never tried that one.

Michele, I am in the process of switching Brady to Core. I had a sample I was feeding him as treats for a while. He isn't really picky though. I am switching slowly and have been mixing Core in for about a week now. I will keep you posted on what I think.

OK, so I just sent Taste of the Wild t a request for samples-- and I got a prompt reply back. but the reply came from "Diamond Foods" isn't that one of the original recall companies?

I think I'm gonna stick to my very contrived blend of kibbles it seems to be working. (mix of EVO red meat, Innova Adult, and Back to Basics Pork and/or Royal Canin Poodle) Lilly might like the EVO red meat.

Where do I find out which products from this company were recalled? Anyone know?
