I agree that the Sense-ation harness is my favorite, but NO harness is going to miraculously teach a dog to walk on a loose lead. It's just a lot of work and practice. If you aren't working with a trainer, I'd STRONGLY suggest that. But it's still just going to take time. At 6 months, your dog is still a puppy, and at that age MANY are not confirmed in loose leash walking in a stimulating environment, and it sounds like that's where you have to walk most of the time. He will eventually get it, if you keep working at it, but it will take time.
