Timmy is a herder

Feeding time at the zoo, same thing every morning, kind of like Groundhog Day. Go get bowls, fill bowls with food, dispense meds in Zuzu's food, prepare pill gun, stir up food... cat runs away because she either forgot she was getting fed or gets startled by the excitement. Today was a little different though. I told Timmy jokingly to go get his sister and don't you know he left and came back herding in the cat. I'm getting it on video tomorrow. My gang knows that no one gets to eat till Zuzu takes her pill so he had some incentive.

As promised here's a short version of how Timmy helps me bring the cat in for her meds. He usually brings her all the way over to me but guess he lost focus.

Love, love, love it. Way to go Timmy. Amazing what they understand these smart little guys and girls, of course.

Adorable! I always meant to get a video of Kodi herding the chickens, but I was always so mad that the chickens were in the gardens again that I would forget. NOW, they are finally keeping the chickens penned up, so Kodi doesn't have the opportunity to herd them. I'm sorry I can't get the video, but SO glad that they aren't destroying my yard and leaving poop all over for Kodi to eat and roll in!!!

Yea I'd be happy if my dog wasn't eating and rolling in poop. He's actually quite helpful, if I'm watching tv and hear a cat on the counter I tell Tim to go in and get them off which he happily does. He likes barking at the cats.
