a new kitchen (aka dog bath)

Ohhh, my non dog friends cringe when I say I designed my new kitchen around having a nice big deep sink with an pull out faucet so that I could bath the boys!!!! but I knew you guys would get it. Here's Jasper modeling the almost done new kitchen. And yes! they have already had a bath in that big 30" wide 11" deep sink!

Oooo! NICE SINK!!! Jack doesn't fit in our sink anymore. I miss those days. I like your subway tile backsplash too.

Oh, wow, it's lovely!

FYI, if there are any HGTV fans out there, there is a new show call Renovation Raiders (on Thursday evenings here). Because it is filmed locally, there was an article in the paper about the episode they are showing tomorrow. The designer added a custom dog house in the new kitchen for the family's pug.

Should be a fun episode!

I love your new kitchen! Your model is sweet, too. I don't think you are crazy at all to design a large sink into your new kitchen... Afterall, a main criteria for me in buying a new house was that it either already had a laundry sink in the laundry room, or room to put one in. (I had one put in.)

Very nice, Missy. Of course, you need a dog friendly sink. All of us on the forum get that, even though your friends don't. Enjoy!

I'm green with envy... Over the sink AND the kitchen. We've done so much work to the rest of our house that the kitchen looks REALLY old in comparison. But we have to let the finances recoup from the addition AND college tuition before we do anything else!

But... I wonder if there is a way I could find a single, deep sink to fit the hole our current double sink is in. Hmmmm.
