A nudge... nudging

Had to share what a pain Timmy can be sometimes. If I ignore him this is what I get. How many other pups "demand" even if you've just been outside playing and leave them with toys to play with?

On another note, last night we heard a lot of activity going on in the other room. My daughter and I took out the carpeting and mopped the floor. Timmy's toys including his monkey were all on top of the bench, but I guess he needed his monkey fix because when I took a peek this is what I saw. There was some "monkey business" going on.

Love his toy monkey - it's bigger than he is. Does he drag it around?

Bailey was my nudge. He did the same thing Timmy's doing and would also speak when asked as well as lots of times when not asked.

Cute stuff, Jenny and Timmy. Thanks

Oh you don't want to know what he does to that poor, poor monkey. Glad to hear Tim's not the only one who is such a pest. He waits to do this until I sit down and get all comfy. Bad enough that he taps me but he does that annoying little grumble too.

No need to elaborate, as that comment brought to light another one of your posts Bailey used to paw at my legs when I sat down to get attention and look at me with those eyes.......oh, those eyes, how could one resist. I must say, though, that I do miss it. It's a habit Tyler never picked up. He's a lot more independent.

BTW, you mentioned that your niece, I think, works at CHOP. Our son runs his lab at CHOP. He is a microbiologist and is doing leukemia research. His wife who is a neurologist, is at UPenn Medical Center. Just another common thread for us, Jenny.

What a little love he is!! How can you ignore that sweet face! Too funny with that monkey of his, I'm sure it gets lot of attention! Whimsy doesn't paw at me ..she just leaps up into my lap and gets in my face.

Dexter nudges if he wants you to continue to do what you were doing to him (like petting, or playing). Jack will do his little bark if you have not properly greeted him ( you know lots of petting and stuff).

If I come home, they are both basket cases and jumping every where to get to get to me ( we do a short greeting outside, then another at the bottom of the steps), then off they go to go potty and running. Jack will come back one more time to greet to make sure I am still there. These guys are so funny.

So cute! Piper does a lot of nudging and poking to get my attention too.

That monkey is hilarious, Riley has a leopard print bed that he "makes a lot of noise" with. It's seen better days but I don't want to break his heart by getting rid of it.

Timmy's summer haircut looks great, his face is adorable!

haha yes - Chester can be a nudge sometimes - whining, gently nipping, showing obvious signs of "i want to play!", trying to get on my chair - stuff like that. That was a cute video.

Pepper does the pawing and, I call it grumbling, thing too if I've been working on the computer or ignoring him for too long. I'll ask him "What do you want? Show me." He takes off running a few steps then stops and looks back to see if I'm following. He's like a tiny Lassie that way. "Follow me, Mom! To the toys (or treats, or bed - yes, he tells me when he wants to nap on our bed - I have to lift him up there). Silly boy.

They ARE clever.
