Heart guard

I can't get my one-year old to eat heart guard. It is always a struggle but she's due for it today and no matter what I put it in she eats around it. Tried peanut butter, her chicken. Suggestions?? Thanks. Karen

Tyler loves Greenie Pill Pockets. They come in beef or chicken flavor and you can mold them around the pill. Worth a try maybe.

I heard liverwurst is not good for dogs? Is that true or not?

I also take the heartguard and break it up into small pieces and disguise it in other food. I used to use interceptor which was quite small and easier to disguise.

Good luck!

Cheese - I push it into a little cube of cheese and it goes down without touching the sides
